Owner questions
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Listed and Featured owners keep 100% of what the guest pays them. Guests click through and book on your own site or platform. Book Direct, when it opens, is free to owners; the guest pays the booking fee.
Do I need to be right on the lake?
No. Most lodging for the lake is in Buffalo, Story, Banner and Sheridan. If guests can reasonably base a Lake DeSmet trip at your place, it fits.
Can I list if I am on Airbnb or Vrbo?
