Privacy

What we collect

• Forms: what you type in (name, email, phone, property details). Used to set up your listing, answer you about management, or send the Lake Letter.
• Analytics: page analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode, Microsoft Clarity heatmaps) to see which pages help people. Analytics cookies are set only if you click Accept. Details on the cookies page.
• Delivery: form messages are emailed to us through our email provider and may be copied into our customer records so we can reply.
• Lake board: your browser asks the National Weather Service for current conditions. We do not see or store that request.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising. The Lake Letter has an unsubscribe link in every issue. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we treat it as a no to analytics cookies.

Removal

Email hello@visitlakedesmet.com and we will delete what we have.
